This type of insurance covers the Insured’s civil liability for physical injuries or damages caused or associated with the product which is at possession or under the control of the Insured at the time of the accident.
The Insurer undertakes payment of the sum insured for compensation of damages that the Insured has a civil liability for in the manner prescribed by the agreement at the time of physical injuries or damages caused or associated with the product during the insurance period.
