Do not start repairing the car without the consent of the insurance company Ateshgah.
To settle an insured event, you must provide the following documents:
- Statement of the insured about the insured event
- Certificate of the conclusion of the insurance contract
- İdentity card of the insured, certificate of registration of the insured vehicle, driver's license of the insured and a copy of the corresponding power of attorney, if the vehicle is driven on the basis of a power of attorney.
- Certificate of the incident from the Ministry of Internal Affairs / NTP
Additional documentation may be required depending on the type of event and the nature of the event.
