The subject of this type of insurance is the civil liability of the Insured for financial expenses incurred by employees or employees of the Insured in the performance of their professional duties.

The Insurer undertakes to reimburse the Insured in order to reimburse the Insured for losses for which he is responsible (including costs, fees and expenses of the claimant), in the manner specified in the contract, if the resulting civil liability meets the following requirements:

- liability for damage must be included in the deposit (including the costs of the bidder and the assumed costs of protection and costs of the Policyholder);

- responsibility must be brought to the Insured in the first place during the term of the contract;

- liability must arise for financial losses incurred as a result of negligence, error or defect committed by employees or employees of the Insured;

- liability should arise in the process of rendering services to the Insured in the manner specified in the contract.
